This past month, I’ve been traveling for work, moving through moments, and emotions. Along the way, the universe has shown me many different signs, senses, and sacred reminders. Until today – it finally landed deep in my heart.

To become a victim of our past and our circumstances.
But you have a choice!

Choose to feel the good.
Choose gratitude
for all of it.
Choose conscious breathing.
Choose love.
Choose to live.

to yourself and to the world.
Not from pressure, but from presence.
