This month, I was given one of those moments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through illness and surgery, life gently\u2014but firmly\u2014asked me to stop. To rest. To surrender. At first, I resisted. Like so many of us, I believed there was always something to do, someone to help, another goal to reach. But my body had a different plan. It whispered, &#8220;Enough. It&#8217;s time to come home.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And so I rested\u2014not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually. For the first time in a long while, I returned to myself. Back to my roots. Back to what truly matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Healing has its own rhythm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the greatest lessons I received was that healing has its own rhythm. We cannot rush it or force it. Healing doesn&#8217;t happen according to our schedules or expectations. It asks us to trust the process, let go of control, and believe that our body, mind, and soul know exactly what they are doing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes, the most productive thing we can do is&#8230; absolutely nothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As I rested, I also began observing the world around me. We are living in extraordinary times. Every day brings more information, more opinions, more expectations, more technology, and now the rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence. Instead of creating more peace and stillness, it often creates more commotion and noise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For me, it brought moments of doubt and information overload. Without realizing it, I found myself caught in endless thought loops, questioning everything. Perhaps you&#8217;ve experienced this too. Our minds rarely get the chance to be truly quiet anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Anger I Didn&#8217;t Know I Was Carrying<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the silence became louder, another emotion surfaced: Anger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>At first, I asked myself, &#8220;Who am I angry with? Life? My circumstances? Other people?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As I sat with the feeling, I discovered something surprising. I wasn&#8217;t angry with anyone else\u2014I was angry with myself. I questioned the decisions I had made throughout my life. I wondered if I should have chosen differently, if I had wasted time, or missed opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then, in one beautiful moment of clarity, everything changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How could I expect my younger self to have made different decisions when I didn&#8217;t yet possess the wisdom I have today?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I couldn&#8217;t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every choice I made was the best choice I could make with the awareness, knowledge, and life experience I had at that moment. Looking back with today&#8217;s understanding and judging yesterday&#8217;s version of myself simply wasn&#8217;t fair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I realized that the anger wasn&#8217;t really anger at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was unhealed pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was disappointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was grief.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was self-judgment asking to be transformed into compassion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The moment I understood that, I forgave myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And with forgiveness came peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We Are Here to Experience Life<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So often we believe life is about arriving somewhere\u2014the perfect relationship, the perfect career, financial freedom, success, or even enlightenment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But what if we&#8217;ve misunderstood the purpose all along?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perhaps we are not here to arrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perhaps we are here to experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To fall and rise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To love and lose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To laugh and cry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To heal, grow, and become.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One day, we will all return to where we came from. Until then, our purpose is simply to live every precious moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Every Moment Is A Gift<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every sunrise is unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every sunset is a masterpiece that will never be painted exactly the same way again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The same is true for every smile, every conversation, every tear, every hug, and every goodbye. Once a moment has passed, it becomes part of our story. It can never be lived the same way again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That realization changed the way I look at life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today is not just another day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is a gift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every morning life hands us a blank page. How will you write today&#8217;s chapter?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Will it be filled with gratitude or regret?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Will you choose fear or love?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The choice is always yours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>My Greatest Insight<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If there is one message I would love to leave with you, it is this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Be fully present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Love deeply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laugh often\u2014especially at yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Be kind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Be compassionate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leave footprints that people will remember long after you&#8217;ve gone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leave this life empty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Share your gifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Share your wisdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paint your masterpiece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compose your music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Write your book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Start your dream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whatever your soul has been quietly asking you to create&#8230; begin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don&#8217;t allow one day to become the day you say: &#8220;What if I had&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choose yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choose your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choose to be authentically you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because every day you become more of the person you think, the person you feel, and the person you speak yourself into being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Love Begins With You<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We all know the beautiful words:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>&#8220;Love your neighbour as yourself.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But have you ever stopped to ask what they truly mean?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The more we reject others, our circumstances, or life itself, the more we reject ourselves. Everything we give to the world eventually finds its way back to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Love returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kindness returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compassion returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So does judgment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So does resentment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Be mindful of how you speak to yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your soul is always listening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your thoughts create your vibration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your vibration creates your reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A Question I Will Never Forget<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While I was in the hospital, during one of my quiet moments, I felt my guides ask me a question that deeply touched my heart:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>&#8220;The vibration you are holding right now&#8230; if today were your last day on Earth, and you carried this exact energy into your next journey, would you be at peace with it?&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That question changed something inside me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It reminded me that life is not about perfection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is about the energy we choose to live in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thankfully, my answer became clear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I was grateful that my journey on Earth wasn&#8217;t over yet, because I still have more love to give, more lessons to learn, more laughter to share, and more lives to touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>There Is No Replay<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This life is not a rehearsal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is no replay button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No second version of today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have this one beautiful, extraordinary life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Love yourself endlessly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forgive yourself often.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Give generously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Be present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And never underestimate the power of one kind word, one genuine smile, or one loving heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Dr. Brian Weiss so beautifully said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>&#8220;Love is the energy from which all people and things are made.
