Grounded, Stopped, Rebuilt\u00a0<\/strong>– My Personal Journey<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The past three months have felt like a journey I didn\u2019t consciously choose but one I couldn\u2019t avoid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I felt completely grounded. Not in a peaceful, stable way\u2014but like a plane that isn\u2019t allowed to take off because something essential needs repair. Everything in me wanted to move forward, but life had other plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At first, I resisted. There was restlessness, inner pressure, even strong waves of frustration and anger. It felt like being held back without explanation. Over time, I realized this wasn\u2019t something I could control or escape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My body made sure of that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I got physically sick, and that was the moment everything became clear; this pause was not a failure. It was preparation. Something within me was being recalibrated for a new level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

March Energy – A Return to Love, Humanity & Inner Power<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

March arrived with a very specific frequency. After months of intensity, disruption, and inner pressure, this energy feels like a turning point, a reset. It calls us back to something simple yet powerful: Love, oneness, and humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, the world around us reflects deep instability. War, conflict, and global turmoil are not just headlines, they are part of the collective field we are all moving through. The contrast is strong: while parts of the world feel heavy, chaotic, and uncertain, there is also a quiet but undeniable rise in light and personal power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are being asked, again and again to meet everything with love. Not as an idea, but as a force. Because love is what cuts through fear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Time of Ending and Becoming<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What I\u2019ve experienced personally feels deeply connected to a collective shift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The energy right now carries a strong \u201cdeath and rebirth\u201d quality. Old structures are breaking down- internally and externally. Beliefs, patterns, and entire systems are starting to collapse, like a house of cards that can no longer hold itself together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This can feel unsettling. At times, it even feels like darkness is louder\u2026 stronger\u2026 as if it might be taking over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But this is not the full picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are not in an either\/or reality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a both\/and process. Things are ending and<\/em> something new is emerging at the same time. The breakdown is part of the transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year is fire energy! War & Unpredictible Times<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a fast, intense energy moving through everything, almost like pure fire. It\u2019s activating, accelerating, and often unpredictable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We see this reflected globally:war, tension, sudden changes, instability. Nothing feels entirely steady, and that uncertainty can be deeply felt in the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many people are experiencing this physically, especially in the nervous system and digestion. It can feel like being unwell, without a clear reason. But often, it\u2019s the external chaos creating internal waves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This \u201cinner wave motion\u201d is part of the shift. We are adjusting to a new level of being, individually and collectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The important part is this: allow the emotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you suppress what you feel, it can manifest physically. But at the same time, don\u2019t get lost in the intensity. Feel it, move it, but don\u2019t let it consume you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Staying Grounded in Moving Times<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

So how do we stay centered when everything feels like it\u2019s moving? Come back to the basics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Breathe consciously, again and again<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Spend time in nature<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Move your body gently<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Sit in stillness, even if only for a few minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Practice gratitude for the smallest moments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And don\u2019t isolate yourself. Seek connection with your people, your tribe. Whether that\u2019s through friendships, nature, animals, or your spiritual path. Support is essential right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time is intense. There\u2019s no denying that. But it\u2019s also meaningful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Something is ending. Something new is being born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And in the middle of it all, we are learning to return\u2014to love!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
