Hello, beautiful Souls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This past month, I\u2019ve been traveling for work, moving through moments, and emotions. Along the way, the universe has shown me many different signs, senses, and sacred reminders. Until today – it finally landed deep in my heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And so, here it is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“It\u2019s time to feel and reconnect with the fire of your heart.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now more than ever amidst chaos, confusion, and that aching feeling of being lost or not belonging – we are being called back to ourselves. To our centre. To our truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a world that feels uncertain…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s easy to fall into old patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To slip back into fear, hesitation, negative beliefs…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To judge ourselves and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To become a victim of our past and our circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But you have a choice<\/em><\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mindfully. Intentionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Breathe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose to feel the good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose gratitude<\/p>\n\n\n\n

for all<\/strong> of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose conscious breathing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose to live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choose to give<\/p>\n\n\n\n

to yourself and to the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not from pressure, but from presence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the fire of your heart.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are here to shine<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you return to that inner fire, you reconnect with your truth. You become a healing, happy, grateful version of yourself  – a light for others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Authentic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Gentle Reminder<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Love.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Live.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Give.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and Just Be<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shine your unique light. The world needs your<\/em><\/strong> fire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
