We come from love we return to love. The in-between is what we create with the tools called choice and free will.<\/p>\n\n<p>What we as humans experience right now on planet earth within ourselves and around us is a lot of chaos and turmoil. Turmoil of not knowing, searching for where do we belong. We question what is it that we need or want? We are in a time of new creation, just as everything around and in us on planet earth is shifting.<\/p>\n\n<p>You come from love, you go back to love and in between we have received the gift of life on this planet. It&#8217;s for you in this time now, <em>especially this time now,<\/em> to create a space of inner freedom, peace and acceptance of what is, self-care and self-love, <em>grounding<\/em> but also compassion and care for the living.<\/p>\n\n<p>As mentioned in the blog before, I become <em>we<\/em>, lend a hand, share time to hear and create love and beauty for each other.<\/p>\n\n<p>How do we do this would be the next question? By being present in the moment, by being positive through gratitude and a higher vibration which is laughter, fun and happy moments. \u00a0And don&#8217;t forget to practice self-love, only then can we share it with others.<\/p>\n\n<p>The counterpart to external noise and chaos is the internal noise of thought and fear. Similarly, the counterpart to outer silence is the inner silence that exists beyond thought. Whenever you find silence in nature around you, take the time to listen. Attending to the outer silence helps you access the silence within, as only through inner stillness can you truly appreciate the outer quiet.<\/p>\n\n<p>Recognize that when you are aware of the silence around you, you are not engaging in thought; you are simply present. Therefore, step outside and ground yourself in nature to find stillness, allowing inner silence to be your anchor during chaotic times.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 Just be and share your love and light.
